Profile Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Market Head to lead and scale our commercial sales business in Pune. The role involves complete ownership of revenue, team performance, channel network, and strategic expansion of the commercial portfolio in the region.
1. Revenue & Business Ownership
Drive overall sales revenue and P&L for commercial projects
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Ensure strong pipeline management and consistent closures
Deliver high-value commercial deals (office spaces, retail, leasing)
2. Strategy & Market Expansion
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Pune
Identify new micro-markets, business opportunities, and partnerships
Analyze competitor activity, pricing, and demand trends
3. Channel Partner & Broker Network
Build and scale a strong CP/broker network in Pune
Drive broker engagement, activations, and closures
Maintain relationships with IPCs, developers, and investors
4. Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, hire, and manage a high-performing sales team
Set KPIs, track performance, and drive productivity
Coach team on negotiations, deal structuring, and closures
5. Client & Key Account Management
Build relationships with corporates, HNIs, and investors
Lead large-ticket negotiations and closures
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing for lead generation campaigns
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance for smooth closures
Ensure strong site experience and conversion funnel
Key Requirements
15+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales
Minimum 5 years in leadership / regional / market head role
Strong exposure to retail sales, or commercial transactions
Established broker / channel partner network in Pune
Proven track record of closing high-value deals (₹2 Cr+ / enterprise deals)
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
