Opportunity Overview
We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Manual & Automation Testers to join our growing QA team. This opportunity is specially designed for women professionals who have taken a career break and are now looking to re-enter the workforce.
This is a fully remote role offering flexibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge analytics and business intelligence products.
Key Responsibilities
Understand product requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Identify, document, track, and validate defects
Develop and maintain automation test scripts
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA discussions
Ensure product quality, usability, and performance standards are met
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Engineering degree (BE/BTech or equivalent)
Prior experience in Manual Testing and/or Automation Testing
Good understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC
Experience with test case creation, bug tracking, and QA methodologies
Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium or similar technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage
Strong proficiency in advanced Excel is highly desirable
Experience in data validation and analytics testing is a plus
Exposure to Agile methodologies will be beneficial
