<h3><strong>Role Overview</strong></h3>
<p>We are seeking a senior Finance & Treasury Transformation professional to join our <strong>Finance, Risk, Regulation & Reporting (FRRF)</strong> practice. This role focuses on leading <strong>Credit Risk and Market Risk–driven regulatory and transformation initiatives</strong> for global financial services clients. The position involves advising <strong>C‑suite stakeholders (CFO, CRO, Treasurer)</strong> and delivering complex, multi-year transformation programs across finance, treasury, and risk functions.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead and deliver large-scale <strong>Finance, Treasury, Credit Risk, and Market Risk transformation programs</strong></li>
<li>Own regulatory change initiatives including <strong>Basel (Credit & Market Risk), ICAAP, ILAAP, IFRS 9, PRA/EBA</strong></li>
<li>Design <strong>target operating models</strong>, balance sheet, capital, and liquidity optimization strategies</li>
<li>Oversee regulatory and management reporting (ICAAP, ILAAP, RRP)</li>
<li>Drive process efficiency, automation, analytics, and technology-enabled transformation</li>
<li>Establish robust governance, control frameworks, and regulatory assurance</li>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Audit</li>
<li>Translate business and risk requirements into functional and technology solutions</li>
<li>Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Deep expertise in <strong>Credit Risk, Market Risk, Finance, and Treasury</strong> within financial services</li>
<li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Basel, ICAAP/ILAAP, IFRS/IFRS 9, regulatory remediation</strong></li>
<li>Proven delivery of <strong>finance/risk transformation programs</strong> (consulting or in-house)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of <strong>P&L, balance sheet, capital, liquidity, and cost allocation</strong></li>
<li>Experience with finance and risk technologies (ERP, accounting engines, sub-ledgers, reporting platforms)</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Leadership & MP Expectations</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Act as a <strong>Subject Matter Expert</strong> across Finance & Risk Transformation</li>
<li>Lead solution design, propositions, and client delivery teams</li>
<li>Build and grow senior client relationships and revenue pipeline</li>
<li>Lead RFPs, proposals, and market-facing initiatives</li>
<li>Mentor and develop high-performing teams</li>
<li>Contribute to thought leadership and growth of the FRRF practice</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Prior C‑suite advisory exposure</li>
<li>Experience with Agile / Prince2 / PMI delivery models</li>
