About the Role As a Manager – Tech Recruitment, you will lead and be responsible for end-to-end talent strategy, hiring delivery, and team leadership for the key engineering orgs, while acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders. This role goes beyond execution—you will help shape the future of hiring at Meesho by driving data-led decision making and AI-powered recruiting initiatives.               As Meesho continues its rapid growth, the Tech Recruitment team plays a critical role in building for Bharat by hiring the best of talent across backend, frontend, mobile, data, and platform domains.
