Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Strategic Market Insights and Thought Leadership on the Global Strategic Insights Center team, you will be responsible for:
Lead delivery of strategic insights and market intelligence support for Deloitte leaders across business development, client engagement, practice development, and eminence priorities.
Manage a portfolio of stakeholder relationships and accounts while leading a team of 6-10 practitioners and tracking team performance metrics.
Conduct consultative discussions with stakeholders to assess business needs and design customized research- and insights-based solutions.
Support development of go-to-market strategies, business cases, growth strategies, competitive positioning analyses, and forecast models.
Communicate findings and strategic implications to stakeholders, mentor team members, and contribute to team operations and service line priorities.

Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) provides research and program management solutions to global Deloitte Member Firms in support of pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports delivering significant value to their customers across Deloitte’s global network. Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent master’s degree
10-12 years of experience in strategy consulting, market intelligence, competitive intelligence, or business research
Experience leading teams of 6-10 practitioners
Experience supporting go-to-market strategy, business case development, growth strategy, or competitive positioning initiatives
Experience developing executive-ready presentations and insight reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience using generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools
Preferred:
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
Experience managing stakeholder portfolios across multiple business priorities
Experience developing forecast models or strategic frameworks
Experience coaching or mentoring team members
Experience supporting long-term planning or strategy programs
Experience with prompt engineering
