For more information, visit https://msu.edu.in/wise/ Role Overview: Medhavi is looking for a high-energy, execution-focused professional to work directly with the Group Chief Strategy Officer and drive strategic priorities across multiple high-growth business verticals.This is a high-ownership role at the center of the organization, responsible for ensuring that decisions are translated into action, priorities are executed, and leadership bandwidth is used effectively.This is not a support role. It is a core execution role. Key responsibilities: 1. Strategy to execution Translate leadership priorities into action plans Track progress across verticals Ensure timely closure of key initiatives 2. CSO office management Manage daily priorities, schedule, and time allocation Prepare decision notes, briefs, and summaries Keep the CSO focused on high-impact work 3. Business reviews and tracking Run weekly business reviews Track performance against goals and targets Highlight risks, delays, and bottlenecks 4. Cross-functional coordination Align business, academic, and operations teams Break silos and enable collaboration Follow up on dependencies across functions 5. Special projects Support new vertical launches Drive strategic partnerships Support process and system implementation Own high-priority projects end to end 6. Follow-ups and closure discipline Track action items from meetings Push decisions to closure Maintain dashboards and execution trackers Key Result Areas: speed of decision-to-execution reduction in execution delays quality and consistency of weekly reviews improvement in CSO time utilization strength of cross-functional alignment Why this role matters? This role should function as a true execution partner, not as an EA or passive coordinator. Core responsibilities: Convert leadership priorities into clear action plans Track execution across business verticals Drive follow-ups and ensure closure on decisions Manage the CSO’s priorities, agenda, and time allocation Prepare briefs, notes, and decision summaries for leadership meetings Run structured weekly business reviews Surface risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early Improve alignment across business, academic, and operations teams Own special projects and high-priority initiatives Areas of ownership: The role should work directly with: Group CSO Business Heads across verticals Academic leadership Finance, HR, and Marketing teams This person should not manage a large team at the start. The focus should be on building operating discipline, execution rhythm, and accountability. What success should look like in 3–6 months?
