iDreamCareer is India’s largest career navigation company that offers its program to India’s top private schools. It currently works with over 200+ schools across India. It aims to scale up its program to 1,000+ private schools in the next two years and for this purpose it is scaling its school outreach team PAN India.
The role will require developing new relationships, managing existing relationships with private schools. The role will require traveling for business development across different geographies. This role is a full-time job role in our core team based out of Delhi.
The Outreach/Sales Manager will spearhead the organization’s efforts to onboard private schools for career guidance services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of the education sector. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to schools.

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drive new business independently
-- from your first school conversation to signed contract, you own the full journey.
Leverage your school network
to open doors with Principals and School Management Committees, and pitch our career counselling programmes with confidence.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline
of school opportunities, keeping momentum across geographies you know well.
Show up for the school community
-- at career fairs, school events, and education forums -- as a trusted face of the brand.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5-8 years of experience selling to schools
-- paid engagements where a product or service was delivered in exchange for money. This is the one thing we cannot compromise on.
Your own school network
-- relationships with Principals and decision-makers that you've built over the years and can activate independently.
A personal revenue track record
you can speak to clearly -- deal sizes, schools won, and your individual contribution, not the team's.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Knowledge of the Indian education system and career guidance trends.
COMPENSATION
Fixed CTC:
Best as per Industry Standards
Variable / Incentive:
