Our five key areas of intervention are: Digital Literacy Skilling and Employability Women Entrepreneurship Scaling Social Innovation Empowering NGO Ecosystem For more details, visit Position Title Manager / Sr. Manager – Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships Location Noida Reports to Director – Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships Role Overview As Manager / Sr. Manager – Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships, you will be part of the fundraising and partnerships team, responsible for building, managing, and nurturing CSR and institutional donor relationships. The role will focus on driving revenue generation through new and renewed partnerships aligned with Nasscom Foundation’s mission. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management skills, understanding of the CSR ecosystem, and the ability to create compelling proposals and sustain long-term donor engagement. You will work closely with internal teams and senior leadership to deliver impactful fundraising outcomes. Key Responsibilities Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships Identify funding opportunities aligned with the Foundation’s focus areas. Build and manage a robust donor pipeline across corporates, PSUs, foundations, and institutional donors. Lead or support conversations with prospective and existing partners to secure funding. Contribute to annual fundraising targets through new and renewed partnerships. Relationship Management Manage relationships with assigned funders and ensure regular engagement. Align donor priorities with Foundation initiatives and maintain long-term partnerships. Represent the Foundation in donor meetings, CSR forums, and networking events. Proposal Development & Documentation Collaborate with Programs, Design, Finance, MEL, and Communications teams to create high-quality proposals, concept notes, pitch decks, and donor reports. Ensure timely submission of documentation, due diligence requirements, and compliance reports. Customize proposals based on donor priorities and sector interests. Research & Sector Insights Stay updated on CSR laws, ESG trends, donor priorities, and sector developments. Maintain and strengthen the Foundation’s donor database and prospect pipeline. Identify new partnership opportunities through market research and networking. Internal Collaboration Work closely with program teams to translate project needs into fundable solutions. Support leadership with partnership reviews, forecasts, and reporting. Ensure smooth cross-functional coordination for donor servicing and engagement. Qualifications & Experience Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Development, Public Policy, or related fields. For Manager: 5–8 years of relevant experience. For Sr. Manager: 8–12 years of relevant experience. Experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, donor engagement, or social impact consulting. Strong proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Preferred Attributes Strong network within CSR, corporate, PSU, or philanthropic ecosystems. Experience in donor reporting, compliance, and partnership management. Understanding of the social impact sector, especially education, skilling, digital inclusion, sustainability, and TechForGood. Strategic mindset with strong ownership and collaboration skills.
