<ul>
<li data-start="926" data-end="1030">8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years of technical leadership or management.</li>
<li data-start="1032" data-end="1139">Excellent English communication—both written and spoken—to collaborate seamlessly with global stakeholders.</li>
<li data-start="1141" data-end="1195">Proficiency with Angular (v13+), TypeScript, HTML/CSS.</li>
<li data-start="1197" data-end="1246">Deep experience with Java (Spring Boot) services.</li>
<li data-start="1248" data-end="1339">Excellent understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway).</li>
<li data-start="1341" data-end="1438">Strong understanding of system design, scalability, microservices, and distributed architectures.</li>
<li data-start="1440" data-end="1515">Experience designing high-availability, fault-tolerant, and secure systems.</li>
<li data-start="1517" data-end="1599">Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other CI/CD automation tools.</li>
<li data-start="1601" data-end="1685">Experience mentoring engineers and conducting thoughtful, constructive code reviews.</li>
