Position Summary
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers through hiring, coaching, and performance management
Provide hands-on technical leadership, architecture oversight, and code review as necessary
Drive continuous improvement in team processes, workflows, and tools to enhance productivity and product quality
Foster a healthy, collaborative, and inclusive team culture aligned with company values
Clearly communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
14+ years of overall experience with at least 4 years of experience leading engineering team
Proven track record of delivering high performance software
Must be from the gaming industry preferably from Slot Gaming background
Deep understanding of software architecture & engineering best practices
Strong understanding of modern engineering practices including Agile, CI/CD, testing, and version control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and grow engineering talent
