Please read about us – www.byldgroup.com Designation - Manager-SEO Experience - 2-4 years Location - Gurgaon, Haryana Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and scale our organic search strategy across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms. This is not a traditional SEO role. The search landscape has fundamentally shifted, and we need someone who understands that visibility now means being found, cited, and recommended by both Google and AI systems like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. The ideal candidate will drive organic traffic, keyword rankings, and AI search visibility while building a modern SEO engine that spans technical optimization, content strategy, generative engine optimization, and agentic discoverability. Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy and Execution • Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to grow qualified organic traffic and leads across all search surfaces. • Build content clusters and topical authority strategies to strengthen search visibility and E-E-A-T signals. • Conduct continuous keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking. • Optimize content structure, metadata, internal linking, headings, and schema markup. AI Search Optimization (GEO, AEO, and Agentic SEO) • Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve brand visibility in AI-generated search responses across platforms like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. • Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to capture featured snippets, voice search, and zero-click results. • Optimize for AI agent discoverability (Agentic SEO / AAIO) by ensuring content, data, and site structure are machine-readable, API-compatible, and parseable by autonomous AI crawlers. • Implement and maintain llms.txt, structured metadata, and semantic markup to maximize LLM citation probability. Search Everywhere Optimization • Build brand visibility beyond Google across AI engines, YouTube, Reddit, industry forums, and other discovery surfaces relevant to B2B audiences. • Monitor and optimize for how our brand appears in AI-generated citations and recommendations. Technical SEO • Maintain strong technical SEO hygiene including crawlability, indexation, redirects, canonical best practices, and Core Web Vitals. • Collaborate with developers to implement structured data (FAQ, Article, Product, HowTo schema) and ensure site architecture supports both search engines and AI systems. • Ensure compliance with privacy-first SEO practices (first-party data strategies, cookie-less tracking alignment). Analytics, Reporting, and AI Visibility Metrics • Track traditional SEO metrics: keyword rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and conversion performance. • Track AI visibility metrics: brand citations in AI platforms, AI Overview inclusions, and LLM recommendation frequency. • Build weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights using GA4, GSC, and AI visibility tools. Cross-functional Collaboration • Work with product, content, sales enablement, and marketing teams to align SEO strategy with business goals. • Partner with thought leadership and content teams to build authoritative, citable content that strengthens E-E-A-T and AI citation signals. • Manage high-quality link building and digital authority strategies including third-party citations, reviews, and community presence. Required Skills & Experience: • 2-4 years of SEO experience with proven organic growth results in B2B or SaaS environments. • Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building. • Working knowledge of GEO, AEO, and AI-driven search optimization principles. • Experience optimizing for multi-platform visibility (Google, AI engines, YouTube, Reddit). • Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, SERP analysis, and content architecture. • Analytics proficiency: GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio. • Experience with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI visibility tracking tools. • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, schema markup, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred). • Proficiency in using AI tools for SEO workflows (content audits, keyword clustering, automation). • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Good to Have: • Experience with llms.txt implementation and LLM-specific optimization. • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and how autonomous agents crawl and transact. • Understanding of privacy-first SEO (first-party data, cookieless strategies). • Experience with programmatic SEO and content automation at scale. • Background in B2B lead generation or demand generation alongside SEO. • Exposure to AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for workflow automation.
