The role requires solution-led selling to senior stakeholders within Banks, NBFCs, and large corporates. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Sales & Revenue Ownership · Drive end-to-end B2B sales for banking software and ETL-based data automation solutions · Own revenue targets and deal closures for enterprise accounts · Handle complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Client & Stakeholder Engagement · Engage and present solutions to: o CIO / CTO / CFO o Head of IT / Data o Compliance Heads & Risk Heads o Company Secretaries · Conduct requirement discovery and solution positioning discussions Solution & Product Understanding · Demonstrate working understanding of: o ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, loading) o Data automation and reporting workflows o Core Banking Systems and financial data flows · Translate technical capabilities into business and compliance outcomes Sales Execution & Negotiation · Lead commercial discussions, pricing, and contract closures · Coordinate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams CRM & Forecasting · Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting in CRM · Provide regular updates on deal progress and revenue visibility Mandatory Skills & Experience · 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience (Banking / ETL / Data Automation / SaaS) · Proven hardcore sales background (direct selling, not channel-only) · Understanding of: o ETL & data automation concepts o Core banking and financial data environments · Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills · Strong communication and client-handling skills · Structured, consultative sales approach · Ability to articulate product value to both technical and business audiences Regular onsite meetings across india with key customers & prospects Education Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related field
