<h3 style="text-align: left;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Manager, Revenue & Contract Analytics<br><br></span></strong>Position Overview</h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Zeta Global is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager, Revenue & Contract Analytics to lead the development and operational ownership of a contract entitlement tracking and usage reconciliation framework.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role is responsible for ensuring accurate cost assignment, margin transparency, revenue recognition support, and overage billing integrity across client contracts. The position will operationalize a structured tracking process that consolidates contractual entitlements and reconciles them against actual platform and service usage across multiple enterprise systems.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Manager will play a critical role in building and leading a Hyderabad-based Analytics team and transitioning ownership of the process from the Cost Analysis team to a scalable, repeatable reporting function.</span></p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Key Responsibilities</span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Compile and maintain a comprehensive repository of all active client contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Translate contractual entitlements into clearly defined, trackable usage metrics.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Reconcile actual client usage against contractual entitlements on a monthly basis.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Aggregate and reconcile usage data across Apptio, Snowflake, Salesforce (SFDC), Jira, and ZMP platform systems.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Design and deliver client-level dashboards displaying contractual entitlements, usage trends, and projections.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide executive-ready monthly reporting to Finance, Sales, and Client Success leadership.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage onboarding of new contracts and removal of expired contracts from tracking.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Operations to ensure platform instances are retired upon contract expiration.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Establish governance processes, audit controls, and standard operating procedures.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support hiring, onboarding, and leadership of the Hyderabad-based Analytics team.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Required Qualifications</span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">7+ years of experience in Analytics, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Financial Systems, or related discipline.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with contract-based or usage-based pricing models.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of revenue recognition and margin analysis principles.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake preferred).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with Salesforce and enterprise data systems.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Expertise in dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</span></li>
</ul>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience building or leading analytics teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of platform metering frameworks.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working in a global, cross-functional organization.</span></li>
