About this role

Duties / Key Responsibilities: Analytics Delivery & Governance Oversee development and delivery of Power BI dashboards across multiple business functions, ensuring adherence to enterprise reporting standards, KPI definitions, and visual guidelines. Drive continuous improvement in dashboard usability, performance, and scalability. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership Act as a senior liaison between business leadership and the Data & Analytics team, translating strategic business objectives into actionable analytics roadmaps. Manage prioritization of requests across functions, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals. Team Leadership & Capability Development Lead and mentor Analytics Leads and Data Analysts, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of collaboration and analytical excellence. Allocate resources effectively across projects to ensure timely delivery. Strategic Planning & Process Improvement Contribute to the analytics roadmap in alignment with the Head of Analytics & AI, identifying opportunities for automation and supporting adoption of data-driven practices across the organization. Experience / Technical Knowledge / Skills: Must Have: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8 to 12 years of experience in analytics, BI, or reporting, with 3-5 years in a managerial or team lead role . Strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance tuning, RLS, workspace management, and access control). Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data structures and ETL concepts. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven ability to lead and coach team members in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of data governance and security practices. Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Nice to Have: Experience with predictive analytics or AI/ML concepts. Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce). Power BI certifications. Competencies and Abilities: Leadership & Team Management – Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Strategic Thinking – Align analytics delivery with business priorities and organizational goals. Stakeholder Management – Engage effectively with senior business leaders and translate objectives into actionable roadmaps. Analytical Mindset – Strong problem-solving, data interpretation, and business acumen across Service, Sales, Finance, and Operations. Execution Excellence – Deliver projects on time with high quality; manage sprint-based delivery cycles using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Governance & Process Design – Ability to establish gated development processes for dashboards (requirement intake → design → QA → deployment → maintenance).
