Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Management Manager to own and drive the end-to-end execution of our Performance Management System (PMS). This role will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure clear KPI alignment, structured reviews, meaningful feedback, and continuous performance improvement across the organization.The role requires someone who can balance process excellence, stakeholder management, and data-driven insights, while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the end-to-end PMS cycle (goal setting, quarterly/annual reviews, ratings, closures).
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define, review, and align KPIs with business goals.
Drive quarterly performance reviews and ensure quality feedback and development inputs.
Enable managers with frameworks, guidelines, and best practices for effective performance conversations.
Work with managers to identify high performers, improvement areas, and development needs.
Track performance data, prepare reports, and share insights with leadership.
Manage and improve PMS tools, processes, and workflows.
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in HR with strong exposure to performance management.
Hands-on experience with KPIs, goal setting, and review frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Data-driven and process-oriented mindset.
Experience working with HRMS / performance management tools
Preferred Background
MBA in HR
Prior experience managing PMS in a fast-growing or mid-sized organization
Experience working closely with cross-functional leaders and senior stakeholders
