Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Manager with 5+ years of experience and an MBA in HR to lead talent acquisition, HR operations, and administrative processes at TartanHQ. This role requires strong expertise in hardcore recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR compliance. You will build high-performing teams, ensure smooth onboarding, manage HR operations, and drive People & Culture initiatives that support our rapid growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your week includes: recruitment activities and interviews, onboarding and employee record management, HR operations and compliance, stakeholder collaboration with hiring managers, HR policy and process management, and Culture initiatives. You'll manage the complete employee lifecycle while building strategic partnerships with leadership.
Core Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (45% time allocation)
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing and screening
Develop strategic hiring plans aligned with business needs
Build talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles
Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning
Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, acceptance rate)
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout process
Conduct effective interviews and assess cultural fit
HR Operations (35% time allocation)
Oversee employee lifecycle management and documentation
Ensure smooth joining and onboarding processes
Support HR policy implementation and compliance
Maintain HR databases, reports, and dashboards
Manage employee records and information systems
Ensure 100% HR compliance across organization
Administrative Management (10% time allocation)
Manage administrative processes and office operations
Coordinate operational requirements with teams
Support leadership with operational reporting
Drive process improvement initiatives
People & Culture Initiatives (10% time allocation)
Work with leadership on workforce planning
Act as bridge between management and employees
Contribute to Culture initiatives and engagement programs
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA in HR or Business Administration (mandatory)
5+ years in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Administration
Strong recruitment and hiring operations experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Proficiency with HR tools, ATS platforms, and MS Office
