About the role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who has lived the creator's life — someone who has built or grown channels from scratch, understands what makes content travel across algorithms, and can bridge the gap between creative instinct and data-driven strategy. You will own our global social presence across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, leading both strategy and hands-on production.
Key responsibilities
Channel ownership — lead strategy and execution across IG, YT, TikTok globally
Content strategy — build quarterly content calendars aligned to brand goals
Production — script, shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form content end-to-end
AI Tools - Strong use case and proven hands on experience with relevant AI tools.
Trend scouting — identify and capitalise on trends before they peak
Analytics & reporting — track KPIs, produce weekly/monthly performance dashboards
Collaboration — brief designers, videographers, and external creators
Paid amplification — work with performance team to boost top-performing organic content
Must-have skills
Creator experience — personal or professional channel with proven growth track record
Platform depth — deep understanding of IG Reels, YT Shorts, TikTok algorithms
Content production — hands-on scripting, editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
Analytics — fluency in native platform analytics + third-party tools
Excel / Sheets — proficient with pivot tables, dashboards, and data storytelling
Copywriting — strong hooks, captions, and CTAs that convert
Project management — ability to manage multiple content pipelines simultaneously
Global mindset — comfortable tailoring content for different regional audiences
