What you will do:
As a
Manager of Engineering
, you will be
accountable for the overall engineering
and
technical health of
solutions
withi
n this domain area
and engineering talent management within and across
your
teams. A Manager of Engineering will
possess
significant Engineering Management experience and is expected to
demonstrate
leadership competencies
as a
leader-of-leaders
. As the leader of multiple teams, they have a strong focus on coaching, mentoring,
developing
and growing engineering talent, and championing an engineering mindset, agile practices and adherence to Company and industry standards.
You will also
be responsible for
establishing
and executing the strategy, defining platforms/capabilities, building and leading cross-functional teams, and communicating
to
many
senior level stakeholders. This role will lead teams that will help with maturing various business and technical capabilities across the TJX India Office.

Minimum Qualifications

professional software engineering experience

management skills to include coaching, goal setting, holding team members across multiple levels accountable for commitments

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or
Master’s
degree in computer science,

or a related field

etc.)
Deep understanding of
Integrated Workforce
technologies
.
Strong understanding of retail operations, in-store technologies, and
associate experience
Experience with
Application integration
;
UKG Boomi, Boomi, DataStage
,
APIs,
SaaS
solutions
and cloud platforms (
e.g.
OCI, AWS, Azure)
SAFE Agile Certifications are a plus.
Exposure to
diverse
portfolio of applications is a plus.
Experience with estimation, and budgeting
