Role Overview:
The
Manager - LRM
will oversee the performance of pre-sales teams, ensuring leads are efficiently handled and meetings are effectively scheduled. This role is focused on execution, team coaching, and ensuring the daily operations align with broader sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide pre-sales/inside sales team leads and executives to meet KPIs.
Monitor lead qualification and scheduling processes, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
Provide on-ground coaching and feedback to improve team performance.
Collaborate with the Associate Director to implement strategies and process improvements.
Prepare performance reports and provide insights on key trends to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3 years in team management.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead management workflows.
Strong people management and operations ability.
Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and manage diverse teams.
