We are seeking an experienced L&D professional to drive the organization’s learning strategy, capability building initiatives, and leadership development programs aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement annual training strategy & calendar
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify skill gaps
Design & deliver soft skills and behavioral training programs
Coordinate functional/technical trainings with department heads
Manage external vendors and training budgets
Measure training effectiveness, ROI, and maintain governance records
Support leadership development and compliance training initiatives

LMS knowledge & training analytics
Budgeting & cost control
Qualification:
MBA in HR / L&D preferred
Graduate in any discipline
Train-the-Trainer certification (preferred)
