Who are we?
CoPlay (powered by Hudle) is a community first brand that operates 40+ premium sports facilities across the country. We want to build the biggest and the most loved sports community brand and aim to build and operate 250+ sports clubs across the country over the next few years.
About the Role?
We are looking for a sports IP creator. As the Events & Activations Lead, your job is to invent the next big thing in sports. You will dream up fresh event formats, build the brand story around it, and drive its commercial success through high-impact sponsorships and brand partnerships. You will own the strategy, the execution, and the outcome.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Design and launch 7–10 original CoPlay IPs. You will be responsible for scaling these formats across 5–7 regions, ensuring they become recurring staples in the CoPlay community calendar.
Build the sponsorship engine for our events. From lead generation and database building to creating pitch decks and closing high-value deals.
Design and execute brand integrations within our event IPs. You will turn every CoPlay event into an "experience hub" where brand partners and players engage through unique, curated activations.
You will own ticket registration targets and event marketing to ensure every CoPlay event is a sell-out.
You are likely to be someone -:
Experience - 2 to 5 years
You look at an empty sports court and see five different event formats.
You know how to talk to brands, understand their marketing needs, and sell them an idea that delivers ROI.
You measure the success of an event by the revenue it generated and the players it reached, not just how it looked on social media.
You can manage 30–50 events a year across multiple cities without missing out on minute details.

If you are a pure strategist who doesn't like to get their hands dirty with ground-level execution, this isn't for you.
If you think events are just about experience and not about ticket sales or sponsorship targets, our pace won't match your style.
Events happen on the ground and often on weekends. If you aren't excited by the roar of the crowd at a 9 PM tournament, you won't enjoy this (Travel Heavy Role).
