Work you'll do
As a Manager, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the Global Strategic Insights Center team, you will be responsible for:
Leading the development and delivery of strategic insights to support business development, client engagement, market eminence, and practice growth initiatives
Managing stakeholder relationships and overseeing a team of 6–10 insights practitioners, including workload management, quality oversight, and team performance expectations
Conducting consultative discussions with senior stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into research-backed insight solutions
Collaborating across Deloitte teams, member firms, and business lines to align project objectives, priorities, and deliverables
Developing analytical approaches, insight frameworks, and executive-ready presentations that communicate findings and recommendations clearly
Coaching and developing team members through ongoing feedback, performance management, and professional development support

Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) provides research and program management solutions to global Deloitte Member Firms in support of pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports delivering significant value to their customers across Deloitte’s global network. Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent master’s degree
10-12 years of experience in consulting, market intelligence, or insights delivery
Experience leading and developing teams
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience using Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
Experience supporting long-term planning, strategy, or business insights initiatives in a global organization
Ability to work in a matrixed environment
Preferred:
Experience working in a Big Four organization or boutique insights firm
Experience defining team key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing delivery quality
Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Experience developing research frameworks, analytical models, or storyboards for executive audiences
Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups across geographies
Exposure to prompt engineering
