Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Manager – Inside Sales to lead and manage a high-performing inside sales team comprising 10–15 members, including Team Leaders (TLs) and Inside Sales Associates. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end revenue cycles, improving lead conversion rates, ensuring timely fee collection, and maximizing student/customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue & Sales Management
Own and drive the complete revenue cycle from lead allocation to final fee collection.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Ensure achievement of individual and team revenue targets.
Improve overall lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
Minimize revenue leakages and drop-offs in the sales funnel.
2. Team Leadership & Management
Manage and mentor 10–15 team members including TLs and Inside Sales Associates.
Set KPIs and KRAs aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct daily huddles and performance reviews.
Ensure discipline, productivity, and accountability within the team.
3. Training & Development
Conduct frequent training sessions on:
Sales techniques
Objection handling
Product knowledge
CRM usage
Communication skills
Develop structured onboarding programs for new hires.
Continuously upgrade team capabilities based on market trends.
4. Call Audits & Quality Control
Perform regular call audits to ensure quality and compliance.
Provide constructive feedback to improve conversion effectiveness.
Identify training gaps through performance analysis.
5. Conversion Support
Actively intervene in hot leads and high-value prospects when required.
Support team members in closing difficult cases.
Handle escalations professionally to ensure maximum conversions.
6. Retention & Fee Collection
Ensure timely fee follow-ups and collection processes.
Work closely with operations/accounts teams to avoid payment delays.
Reduce cancellations and improve retention ratios.
7. Reporting & Analytics
Track funnel metrics: leads, connects, conversions, collections, retention.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Suggest data-driven strategies to improve sales outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Marketing, Business Development, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Inside Sales / EdTech / High-ticket sales.
Minimum 3+ years in a team management role.
Strong understanding of revenue cycle management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with CRM proficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
