<p><strong>JOB TITLE </strong></p> <p><strong>Senior Finance Manager </strong></p> <p><strong>A Career with Point72’s Finance Team</strong></p> <p>At Point72, Finance plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s global investment platform, ensuring strong governance, operational excellence, and strategic decision support.&nbsp; In this role, the Senior Finance Manager will partner closely with global and regional teams to support the continued growth and operational maturity of Point72’s India footprint.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a primary Finance point of contact for the India office, reporting directly to the Management Company Controller.</li> <li>Hands-on ownership and oversight for India-specific statutory requirements, related activities, and support for Finance teams spanning Corporate Accounting, Market Data Research Finance, Vendor &amp; Operations, and Procurement.</li> <li>Provide senior‑level Finance partnership on complex cross‑functional initiatives across Technology, Legal, Regulatory Reporting, and Tax teams globally.</li> <li>Represent Finance locally with&nbsp;regulators, auditors, and external service providers, including regional and offshore partners.</li> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop Finance talent in India, with the opportunity to scale up staff and work closely with the firm’s external consultants to optimize impact for the firm.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Head of India office on strategic initiatives to increase scalability and growth, including support for local hiring, onboarding, and career development initiatives in partnership with HR.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What’s required</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of progressive experience&nbsp;in accounting, finance, market data, or financial operations roles, ideally within asset management, hedge funds, financial services, or global organizations operating at scale.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders, with the versatility to operate effectively&nbsp;at a detailed level to complete collaborative initiatives across geographies and functions.</li> <li>Experience&nbsp;building, scaling, or leading finance operations in India&nbsp;or global capability centers, including people management and talent development.</li> <li>Strong leader, high learning agility, sound judgment, analytical capability, and comfort operating in&nbsp;ambiguous, fast‑moving environments with competing priorities.</li> <li>Clear, concise communicator with the ability to represent Finance effectively in a&nbsp;global firm.</li> <li>Working knowledge of India statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements including direct and indirect taxation matters such as TDS, GST, and transfer pricing, preferred.</li> <li>CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About Point72</strong></p> <p>Point72 is a leading global alternative investment firm led by Steven A.
