Manage the lifecycle of user accounts and access rights across systems and applications, ensuring timely onboarding and offboarding. Respond to and resolve IAM-related incidents, such as access request queries. Issue with JML processes or support internal/external audits in investigations. Define, maintain, and optimize roles and permissions to enforce consistent access policies and reduce risk of privilege escalation Collaborate with IT and security teams to investigate and resolve the Identity and Access management related issue. Ensure quality MI is produced to highlight progress, issues, trends etc and feedback to any drops in Service to the local IAM Senior Manager • Work collaboratively with other Identity functions, as well as the wider Enterprise Security and M&G Plc organisation, to ensure the secure and stable delivery and operation of IAM. • Oversight of the IAM mailboxes ensuring they are managed and queries are answered in a timely manner. • Identify any gaps in processes and drive through changes to make the controls more effective. Always look for improvements within processes and controls and have continuous improvements plans. • Investigate and gather evidence on any audit queries received from internal or external auditors. • Proactively manage all stakeholder expectations through either effective resolution of or updating on progress of their outstanding queries. • Provide advice for the on boarding of new applications and maintenance of existing roles to ensure that they are correctly classified, tagged, and have appropriate security controls in place. • Contribute to security awareness training programs related to IAM for employees • Owning current and new process documents and updating the documents as required • Train new team members following a training plan around the different processes.   Share knowledge with other areas of the business as and when required. Can act as a project manager from ideation process, influencing decisions to delivery and proactively look for opportunities and tools to improve the process. Should be able to manage team of technical engineers and lead at all levels. Should be able to clearly articulate business values to the senior stakeholders and should be able to challenge them. Understand the risk and controls around the platforms. Be able to appreciate truly Agile ways of working/development using tools like Jira/Confluence. Collaborate with peers across various levels for experiential learnings. Focus on scalability, resilience, security, quality and continuous rigour to reduce technical debt.
