Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical professional to lead growth
planning and execution for the ENAT business. The role requires strong
ownership across planning, execution, stakeholder management, and process
optimization to drive sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Monthly Operating Plan (MOP), Quarterly Operating Plan (QOP), and
Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning for the ENAT team.
* Own and drive business targets across key metrics such as OPD and GMV,
ensuring consistent delivery against goals.
* Partner closely with RPMs to enable target achievement through strategic
campaign planning, performance tracking, and proactive blocker resolution.
* Manage end-to-end discounting campaigns, including planning, execution,
performance monitoring, and optimization.
* Own and manage the complete SDPO investment portfolio for the ENAT team,
ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
* Drive operational efficiency through continuous Root Cause Analysis (RCA),
process improvements, and automation initiatives.
* Act as the central growth owner for ENAT by identifying new opportunities,
driving innovations, and implementing scalable growth initiatives.
* Build data-backed insights and dashboards to improve decision-making and
business visibility across stakeholders.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with central teams, city teams, finance, and
category stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business priorities.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
* MBA from ISB/XLRI/SP JAIN/ NITIE / IIM ABCLK with 2-4 years of experience
in business analysis, analytics, forecasting, planning, supply chain or related
fields. A Bachelor's degree from NIT/IIT is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
* Experience in growth, business planning, operations, or category management
roles.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution in fast-paced
environments.
* Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently lead high-impact
initiatives.
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and business analytics tools.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and SQL is a must.
