Overview of the Team & Job Profile
Global SIPP is at the core of the Firm’s strategy, working closely with member firms, industries, and practice areas to drive Deloitte’s long-term strategy at a global level. The team informs strategy by helping Firm leaders understand competitors and markets, identify and respond to significant news and events, and frame strategic implications to support planning and decision-making.
Work You’ll Do
You will be part of an internal strategy consulting team that influences strategic decision-making for the Firm. You will lead a pillar within the India-based Global SIPP team and develop deep knowledge of the Firm’s business, emerging technologies, and the global professional services market. You will lead and/or support a diverse set of projects involving quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesis of insights, development of executive-ready materials, and strong analytical and writing deliverables. Projects are typically high-impact, high-visibility, and aligned to leadership’s strategic priorities.
Core Responsibilities
We are seeking a candidate with at least
10 years of post-MBA experience
in internal or external consulting, with strong research, analytical, and writing skills and an excellent command of English.

, and other projects (own, plan, manage, and deliver), including coordination with global stakeholders
Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data; draw conclusions and develop strategic recommendations
Demonstrate and apply strong knowledge of management frameworks
Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations and present to internal leadership
Demonstrate strong program management skills; manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across US/global and India teams
Build and maintain strong working relationships with US/global and India counterparts

Qualifications, Experience, Location & Timing
Education:
Master’s degree or MBA from a top-tier institute
Experience:
12+ years total, including 10+ years post-MBA
Preferred background:
Consulting firms and/or corporate strategy with strong employment track record
