Manager - Global Media Partnerships & Procurement
About the Function:
Our Global Business Operations (GBO) team are facilitators, providing strategic, financial, and business services that are critical to the day-to-day performance of our business. With a team of over 2,000 dedicated and passionate people supporting 21 markets across the world, we have offices in Bangalore, Budapest, Bogota, and Manila.

As the custodians of iconic brands such as Baileys, Guinness, Smirnoff, and Johnnie Walker, at Diageo, we source, produce and deliver 6.5 billion litres of world-leading products every year, across 180 markets globally. About the Role
Our ambition is to transform how Diageo invests in partnerships, sponsorships, talent and influencers as part of our broader Media, Scale & Reach ecosystem. This role plays a key part in translating that ambition into execution.
Sitting within the Media, Scale & Reach Procurement team, you will support delivery of global priorities across partnerships and media. You will focus on embedding structure, improving commercial outcomes, and enabling more consistent, data-led decision making across markets.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who thrives on bringing structure to complex environments and turning strategy into action.
What You’ll Be Doing!
Sponsorships & Partnerships Portfolio Management
Support implementation of a prioritised and disciplined global partnerships portfolio for Diageo
Build and maintain visibility of key sponsorships, including value, duration and renewal cycles
Enable more proactive planning and reduced reactive decision making across markets
Measurement & Performance
Support the rollout of standardised measurement and evaluation frameworks, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and deploy consistent approaches
Drive improved consistency in KPIs and performance tracking across sponsorships, talent and influencer activity
Enable more informed, data-led investment decisions
Commercial & Deal Support
Support key partnership negotiations and renewals, applying standardised commercial frameworks
Contribute to development and application of consistent valuation and deal structuring approaches
Help improve commercial outcomes through better preparation, benchmarking and negotiation support
Governance, Planning & Financial Visibility
Build and maintain a global view of partnership commitments, renewals and financial exposure
Support annual planning cycles and forward visibility of investment decisions
Improve consistency in contracting, approval processes and financial tracking
Media Procurement Support
Support global media procurement through spend tracking, forecasting and reporting
Coordinate governance forums and maintain effective operating cadence
Contribute to benchmarking and performance tracking across media investments
Collaboration & Influence
Work closely with global category managers, market procurement teams, and marketing stakeholders
Support adoption of frameworks, toolkits and best practices across markets, enabling more consistent ways of working
Act as a trusted partner in delivering against global priorities

About You
Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong experience (8+ years) in Procurement- Marketing category
Experience in partnerships, sponsorship, media, talent, influencer or related commercial areas
Proven ability to deliver projects and drive value in complex environments
Confident working with senior stakeholders across marketing, media and procurement
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving areas
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Experience working with agencies, rights holders or external partners
Understanding of procurement principles or willingness to develop quickly
Collaborative and proactive, with a focus on delivery
