Key Responsibilities
Track and maintain accurate records of inventory, consumables and tools.
Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and placement of items for easy retrieval.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of plants and related products.
Introduce sustainable practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Utilize inventory management systems to streamline operations.
Train and supervise staff in plant handling, storage, and inventory processes.
Foster a culture of care, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with horticulturists, procurement, and sales teams to align inventory
Prepare reports on stock levels, losses, and replenishment needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience (6-10years) in nursery operations, plant care, or inventory management.
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP/WMS software, and MS Excel.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
