Job Title: Manager - Executive Assistant Location: Mumbai Business Area: M&G Global Services Overall Job Purpose Executive Assistant for 2 Directors of the M&G Global Services' Senior Leaders - Provide office administration, planning, calendar management, travel, team documents, internal and external stakeholder arrangements for multiple Global Services’ Leaders Accountabilities/Responsibilities • Coordinate executive communications, manage stakeholder meetings and visits and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners   • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries   • Arrange corporate events, cross-functional events and staff appreciation events   • Maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents   • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality   • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational Qualification • Good written and verbal communication skills • Highly responsive and proactive • High energy and strong ownership mindset • Detail‑oriented and well‑organized • Solution‑oriented and adaptable Education : Graduate in any discipline We have a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture at M&G Global Services, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, nationality, disability or long term condition, we are looking to attract, promote and retain exceptional people.
