CoPlay (powered by Hudle) is a community first brand that operates 40+ premium sports facilities across the country. We want to build the biggest and the most loved sports community brand and aim to build and operate 250+ sports clubs across the country over the next few years.
About the Role?
This role will build CoPlay Coaching ( a.k.a CoPlay Learn ) from the ground up, designing player journeys, creating scalable coaching programs, and driving a high-quality experience. It will own a new revenue vertical by turning under-structured sports into engaging, repeatable coaching products. This is a category building role.

Key Responsibility Areas(KRAs)
Own end-to-end creation of Pickleball & Padel coaching programs from pilot to scale.
Create SOPs/Playbooks and work with community& revenue teams to drive enrolments and conversions.
Hire, train, and standardize coaches while leveraging external experts for technical excellence.
Create structured pathways (beginner > advanced) and formats (group + private) that drive retention and progression.
Design engaging on-ground experiences, feedback loops, and community-driven engagement.
Be the face of CoPlay Coaching, build its brand via leagues, certifications and other relevant actions.
You are likely to be someone who:
Has built or managed structured programs in fitness, wellness, or sports ecosystems.
Understands programming, not just training, designing journeys, cohorts, and experiences that people stick to.
Have experience in 0 > 1 or early-stage scaling, building something new, not just operating what already exists.
You are not someone who:
Prefers perfect planning over rapid testing and iteration, this role will feel chaotic.
Is not excited by owning revenue outcomes and building a business, not just a function.
Is willing to get your hands dirty across centers, this will not be the right fit.
