Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager
to lead
new client acquisition and account expansion
for
IT staffing services
across India. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, deep understanding of IT hiring models, and proven ability to close MSAs and grow strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1.
New Client Acquisition
Identify and target IT companies, GCCs, product firms, and system integrators.
Develop and execute outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking events.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand IT hiring needs (skills, volumes, SLAs).
2.
Account Management & Growth
Convert pilot projects into long-term partnerships.
Conduct QBRs and build strong relationships with TA Heads, HR leaders, and Delivery Managers.
3.
Collaboration with Delivery
Align on JD calibration, shortlist timelines, and interview coordination.
Ensure SLA compliance and smooth offer-to-join process.
4.
Market Intelligence & Branding
Track IT skill demand (Full-stack, Cloud, Data, AI), rate cards, and competitor trends.
Represent the brand at industry events and drive inbound leads through social presence.
Qualifications
8–15 years in
IT staffing BD
(perm & contract).
Strong knowledge of
IT roles
(Full-stack, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI).
Proficiency in CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have:
Network with TA leaders in IT product companies and GCCs.
Familiarity with vendor portals and e-procurement systems.
