Ensure SLA compliance and smooth offer-to-join process. 4.      Market Intelligence & Branding Track IT skill demand (Full-stack, Cloud, Data, AI), rate cards, and competitor trends. Represent the brand at industry events and drive inbound leads through social presence. Qualifications 8–15 years in IT staffing BD (perm & contract). Strong knowledge of IT roles (Full-stack, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI). Proficiency in CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good-to-Have: Network with TA leaders in IT product companies and GCCs. Familiarity with vendor portals and e-procurement systems.
