Role Overview
Responsible for ensuring audit, compliance, and quality assurance across government-funded skilling projects in line with regulatory guidelines and SOPs. Oversees end-to-end monitoring of the training lifecycle, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions to improve outcomes. Ensures standardization of training quality, trainer effectiveness, and assessment readiness across centers. Manages MIS validation, reporting accuracy, and data-driven performance tracking. Collaborates with stakeholders to maintain audit readiness and compliance alignment. Drives process improvements, risk mitigation, and capacity-building initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Audit & Compliance Management
Conduct internal and external audits of training centers across government-funded skilling projects (e.g., NSDC, state missions, and other central/state schemes)
Ensure adherence to scheme guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Identify non-compliance issues and drive corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
Develop and maintain audit plans, checklists, and compliance frameworks
2. Quality Assurance & Standardization
Ensure consistent quality of training delivery across centers and projects
Monitor trainer effectiveness, curriculum adherence, and assessment readiness
Standardize QA processes across multiple schemes and locations
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
3. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
Monitor end-to-end training lifecycle: mobilization, enrollment, training, assessment, certification, and placement
Track KPIs such as enrollment ratios, attendance, dropouts, certification rates, and placement outcomes
Conduct field visits, surprise inspections, and third-party validations
Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable interventions
4. Data Validation & MIS Management
Validate data accuracy across MIS platforms (e.g., SDMS and state MIS portals)
Ensure integrity of candidate records, batch data, and placement documentation
Generate dashboards, audit reports, and performance analytics
Support data-driven decision-making
5. Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with Training Partners, Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs), Assessing Bodies, and Sector Skill Councils
Act as a point of contact for audit observations and compliance follow-ups
Support stakeholders in achieving audit readiness and maintaining standards
6. Risk Management & Process Improvement
Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks across projects
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, transparency, and quality
Support implementation of standardized monitoring and audit systems
7. Capacity Building & Guidance
Conduct training sessions for center staff on compliance, QA standards, and audit processes
Provide ongoing guidance to ensure alignment with evolving government guidelines
8. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain comprehensive audit trails, reports, and supporting documentation
Ensure readiness for inspections by government bodies and third-party auditors
Submit periodic compliance and monitoring reports to management and authorities

Qualifications:
Bachelor' degree in any field.
Certifications in teaching, training, or quality assurance are a plus (e.g., Certified Professional in Training Management, Quality Assurance in Education, etc.).
