Job Description – Finance Manager Company: Vashi Integrated Solutions Limited  Position: Finance Manager Location: Bhiwandi/Turbhe Role Overview We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join our finance team as Finance Manager. The role will focus on financial reporting, direct tax compliance, TDS management, income tax assessments, and SAP-based accounting. The candidate will work closely with Statutory Auditors and internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Compliance • Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with IND AS and Companies Act, 2013. • Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts in SAP. • Timely completion of statutory audit and tax audit processes. • Maintain compliance with all applicable accounting standards, corporate laws, and internal controls. Direct Taxation & TDS • Oversee TDS compliance including deduction, payment, return filing, and reconciliation. • Review and manage advance tax computations and income tax returns. • Coordinate with tax consultants for assessments, appeals, and handling notices from tax authorities. • Monitor changes in direct tax laws and ensure timely implementation. SAP & Process Management • Manage day-to-day accounting and reporting in SAP environment. Stakeholder Management • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of information for financial reporting and tax compliance. Key Requirements • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA). • Experience: 2–3 years post-qualification experience in financial reporting and taxation, preferably. • Technical Skills:   - Strong knowledge of IND AS, Income Tax Act, 1961, and TDS provisions.   - Preferably hands-on experience in SAP (FI module preferred).   - Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis. • Soft Skills:   - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.   - Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.   - Good coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
