🔑 Experience Required
6–7 years of industrial procurement experience
Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Procure-to-Pay Management: PR to PO conversion & ensuring timely PO execution
RFQ Handling: Floating enquiries, preparing comparative analysis & driving negotiations
Vendor Development: Identifying, onboarding & monitoring supplier performance
Data Accuracy: Item code creation & maintaining clean master data
Procurement Planning: Aligning with lead times, consumption & re-order levels
Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with Stores, Accounts, Operations & Planning
Cost Optimization: Driving savings through alternate sourcing, bulk buying & long-term strategies
Digital Procurement: Working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA or any ERP system preferred
Leadership: Building & mentoring a high-performing procurement team
Stakeholder Management: Strong communication & collaboration with internal and external partners
