We are seeking a talented individual to join our – Placements team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
Manager- Placements
We will count on you to:
From the support and administrative level, may be responsible for leading daily operations.
Coordinates the tactical logistics and task assignments of client relationship projects.
Addresses problems and issues that may be of a sensitive, difficult, non-routine or moderately complex nature.Advises professionals and managers of resulting corrective actions
Responds to requests or inquiries from clients concerning sales and project items and issues
Resolves moderately sophisticated issues or refers them to the professional/managerial staff
Under the supervision of the professional and managerial staff, trains, delegates and reviews the work of lower level support employees.
Participates on internal teams to research and identify areas for enhancement or change.
Influences others outside the department regarding practices and procedures.
Assists with on-boarding new hires or transfers-in. As recognized specialist, acts as the advice and monitoring conduit for a broad variety of Client Relationship issues.
Works on special projects as directed by management to enhance the client relationship process
Prepares client relationship management and activity reports
What you need to have:
7+ years of experience in insurance industry.
Domain Knowledge preferred.
MBA degree
Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
