Quick Summary:
Drive the growth of India’s leading P2P lending platform by leading a high-impact sales team while personally nurturing HNI portfolios. This is a pivotal role meant to scale retail AUM and optimize conversion funnels during a period of rapid market expansion.
II. Your Role
In this role, you will be expected to achieve the following key results:
Deliver consistent revenue growth
by meeting and exceeding monthly retail investment targets and AUM goals.
Scale and mentor a high-performing sales team
, ensuring high productivity across inbound and outbound digital channels.
Manage and grow a premium HNI/uHNI portfolio
, providing bespoke investment insights to drive high-value closures.
Optimize the sales funnel
by identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey and collaborating with Product/Marketing to improve conversion rates.
Execute data-driven sales strategies
using CRM insights to forecast trends and allocate resources effectively.
Maintain rigorous compliance
with internal policies and RBI regulations governing P2P lending and retail investments.
III. Candidate / Skill Requirements
A. Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
Experience:
5–8 years in digital/inside sales within WealthTech, Fintech, or Private Banking.
Core Skills:
Team leadership, HNI relationship management, and proficiency in CRM-driven sales workflows.
Domain Expertise:
Deep understanding of Indian investment products (P2P, Mutual Funds, or Fixed Income).
Education:
Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA (Finance or Marketing preferred).

Existing network of HNI/Affluent investors.
Experience in a fast-paced, VC-funded startup environment.
Certification in Investment Advisory (NISM).
