Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Control:
Manage production scheduling, tracking, and achieving weekly and monthly production targets.
Oversee capacity planning, manpower planning, and inventory control.
Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce internal and external PPM.
Quality Management:
Ensure fulfillment of quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Conduct quality checks as per drawings and standards.
Solve quality problems and ensure optimum productivity, equipment utilization, and in-process inventory management.
Project Management:
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage project documentation, including production process plans and project drawings.
Technical Expertise:
Oversee operations involving various machining processes, welding technology, and fabrication.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Handle cold roll forming machines and various section settings.
Team Leadership:
Motivate and lead the production team to achieve excellence.
Conduct supervisory skill training and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Allocate manpower and monitor production lines for smooth operations.
