1. Performance Management System (PMS)
Design and implement the
organization’s Performance Management framework.
Drive Goal-setting
processes (OKRs/KPIs) aligned with business strategy.
Manage quarterly,
mid-year, and annual performance review cycles.
Ensure consistency,
fairness, and transparency in performance evaluations.
Train managers and
employees on performance management tools and best practices.
Analyze performance data
and generate insights for leadership decision-making.
Collaborate with HR
Business Partners and leadership teams.
Integrate PMS with
learning & development, compensation, and succession planning.
Continuously improve PMS
processes, tools, and policies.
Familiarity with HRMS
tools (preferred Darwinbox).
2. HR Business Coordination
Assist the Head of HR in
implementing HR strategies across all business functions.
Coordinate with
department Heads for manpower planning, hiring requirements, and
organizational developments.
Track and follow up on
HR deliverables across Business units.
Ensure alignment of HR
initiatives with business objectives.
3. HR Analytics & Data Management
Analyze HR metrics such as headcount, attrition rate,
absenteeism, productivity, hiring TAT, and cost per hire.
Prepare dashboards and
MIS reports for the review of the Head of HR.
Conduct trend analysis
and provide insightful reports.
Identify workforce risks
using predictive data analysis.
Maintain HR data
accuracy in HRMS systems.
Support Head of HR with
data-backed decision-making.
4. Cross-Functional Communication
Act as a point of contact between the Head of HR and
business teams for operational HR matters.
Facilitate HR meetings,
reviews, and leadership discussions.
Prepare MOMs,
presentations, and summary reports for leadership reviews.
5. HR Reporting & MIS Support
Prepare periodic HR dashboards and reports for
management review.
Maintain HR data
accuracy in HRMS.
Support the Head of HR with insightful data for
planning and decision-making.
