About this role

Job Description / Responsibilities   1. General Administration: ·        Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across offices. ·        Manage office infrastructure, housekeeping, and pantry activities. ·        Monitor AMCs and ensure timely renewal of office utilities, licenses, and insurance (if any). ·        Handle asset management, office supplies, and inventory control. ·        Coordinate transportation arrangements for employees and guests. ·        Manage cost control and budgeting for administrative expenses.   2. Facility Management: ·        Ensure upkeep, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance of building premises. ·        Liaise with facility management service providers for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance activities. ·        Support in space allocation and seating arrangements as per departmental requirements. ·        Ensure timely repair, renovation, and maintenance work as needed. ·        Coordinate statutory compliance related to the facility (fire safety, electrical audits, etc.).   3. Security Management: ·        Implement and monitor security policies and procedures for personnel, assets, and property. ·        Supervise security agencies and ensure deployment of Security Guards as per requirement. ·        Conduct periodic security audits and ensure compliance with safety norms. ·        Oversee CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and visitor management processes. ·        Investigate and report any security breaches, thefts, or safety incidents. ·        Coordinate with local police and emergency services as necessary.   4. Vendor & Contract Management: ·        Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for administrative, facility, and security services. ·        Negotiate contracts and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are adhered to. ·        Monitor vendor performance and maintain effective vendor relationships.   5. Compliance & Documentation: ·        Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies related to admin and facility operations. ·        Maintain updated records for licenses, agreements, and certifications. ·        Prepare and present periodic MIS reports on admin, facility, and security performance metrics.
