Responsibilities
Overall
responsibilities
Ø
Overall, in charge of the IT Infra operations at Akums
Delhi offices, Mumbai office and other upcoming offices in the region.
Ø
Team handling experience of at least 8-10 team
members.
Ø
Maintain servers, storage, server rooms, network and
IT setup for maximum up-time.
Ø
Maintain end users’ systems & devices and assure
maximum up-time.
Ø
Responsible for the complete IT security / data security
/ cyber security and data protection.
Ø
Work closely with the Central Corporate team to
harmonize and standardize policies, procedures, configurations and
technologies across the group.
Ø
Maintain the antivirus solutions for maximum
up-time.
Ø
Ensure regular data backup and do periodic
restoration testing.
Ø
Provide IT support to office users & field
staff, monitor their day-to-day calls and work on escalations and ensure
ticket reduction through problem management.
Ø
Remain updated on latest IT trends and technologies,
latest IT solutions available in the industry and propose suitable solutions
for the organization to the senior management.
Ø
Remain updated
with latest IT security threats and understand the impact to protect
organizational digital assets from such vulnerabilities.
Ø
Ensure IT asset records are up to date as per
company records and no gaps exist.
Ø
Share MIS status reports at regular intervals.
Ø
Track IT incidents and create corrective &
preventive action plan.
Ø
Exposure in managing Microsoft O365 is required.
Ø
Find and fix the root cause of issues in the overall
IT setup for smooth IT operations.
Ø
Evaluate new IT solutions and propose for business
benefits.
Ø
Coordinate with central core IT team and deploy the
solutions.
Ø
Implement and maintain the Active Directory policies
for users, data, security, process controls, email setups with complete
security, checks and controls.
Ø
Track & maintain timely renewal of IT support
contracts and coordinate with IT vendors.
Ø
Exposure in managing CCTVs is required.
Ø
Maintain Audio and Video conferencing solution for
best business utilization, seamless user experience and maximum uptime.
Ø
Monitor and improve current processes, develop and
implement new SOPs with adherence to ISO 27001, data privacy and other
regulatory or audit compliances.
Ø
Responsible for Computer Systems Validation
(wherever required) and maintain the records.
Ø
Face regulatory audits from IT side, responsible to
implement regulatory processes and maintain the regulatory records.
Required
Skills
Academic
Graduate in IT stream or equivalent, Post-Graduate in
IT / Computer Science preferred
Professional
Professional IT certifications / diploma in
networking, system engineering, backup, IT security, backup tools etc.
Experience
At least 8-10 years’ experience in IT operations
management, good knowledge of networking, Email setup, Active Directory, data
backup and restoration, System Administration, Severs Operating Systems and
Database, CCTV, Audio & Video conferencing, IT security, End users ITSM
support.
Personal
Fast learner, positive attitude, good verbal and
written communication skills, good training & presentation skills.
Preference
Similar experience in pharmaceutical industry or in
any other reputed organizations.
