As an Manager - Analytics, you'll be responsible for driving data-driven projects, designing complex data solutions, providing valuable insights to stakeholders and contributing to the growth of our Ads product and business metrics.
About the team:
The Central Analytics team is embedded within various business & product teams in a matrix structure to be a thought partner and provide comprehensive data insights to drive strategic decisions. This team is the strategic enabler for JioHotstar’s Ads business and product functions. In a world where consumers have endless entertainment choices, we help decode who they are, what they like and how they are relevant to JioHotstar Advertisers. At the core, we analyze consumer experience, consumer supply, advertisers demand, and our Ad serving capabilities to achieve goals (KPIs) across Ads product, Advertisers objectives, and Ads business planning. We design and leverage experiments, apply GenAI for innovative problem-solving, and build analytical frameworks that guide key decisions. Our goal: to keep teams sharp, informed, and focused on the KPIs and drivers that truly matter.
