Identify and engage with key stakeholders across Google, understanding their needs and expectations for knowledge management services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring they are kept informed about knowledge management initiatives and progress.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
3 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with stakeholders in Product and Engineering teams with a tech-first mindset, influencing outcomes, and driving measurable results.
Knowledge of Google Ads and related ads products.
Understanding of AI-powered content strategy tools and technologies.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while working with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams and thriving in an often ambiguous environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including experience formulating data-driven proposals and communicating the success of launched initiatives.
