Lead a team of customer and partner solutions engineers focusing on team culture, talent strategy, and skills development to deliver scaled technical solutions.
Deliver the strategic ideas for the organization, work with sales teams, product leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with customer needs and coordinated execution for key priorities.
Provide thought leadership and develop new AI solution offerings for the team, align with organizational goals of product and enablement organizations to support output and impact.
Lead the change management on initiatives that drive automation, integration with AI and efficiency of multifaceted workflows and processes, for both Google and customers.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
8 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
Experience in technical leadership, including experience leading business transformation initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Experience with cloud technologies such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering.
Experience using machine learning and building solutions.
Excellent project management, leadership, and analytical skills, with the ability to formulate data-driven proposals.
