For more information, visit https://msu.edu.in/wise/ Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, growth-driven and student-focused professional to lead admissions, institutional partnerships, and offline channel development for our Hospitality & Hotel Management (HHM) programs.This role goes beyond traditional admissions, it involves building a strong ecosystem of coaching centres, career counsellors, and educational institutions across Delhi NCR and other key regions to drive sustainable student enrolment growth. Key Responsibilities:- Admissions & Conversion Management Own the complete admissions lifecycle from lead generation to enrolment. Drive conversion through structured counselling and follow-up mechanisms. Maintain and optimize CRM tracking for lead management and reporting. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets. Channel Development & Institutional Partnerships Identify, onboard, and manage coaching centres and independent career counsellors across Delhi NCR and other regions. Develop revenue-sharing or referral engagement models. Build long-term strategic partnerships to ensure consistent student inflow. Conduct regular partner training and engagement sessions. Student Counselling & Career Advisory Conduct personalized counselling sessions with students and parents. Provide industry insights about Hospitality & Hotel Management careerpathways. Guide students in selecting programs aligned with their aspirations and strengths. Marketing & Outreach Execution Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives. Organize seminars, workshops, open houses, and career guidancesessions. Represent the institution at education fairs and outreach events. Collaborate with schools, colleges, and vocational networks. Ideal Candidate Profile 3–6 years’ experience in admissions and education marketing. Proven experience in onboarding institutional partners or coachingcentres (preferred). Strong network within Delhi NCR education ecosystem (addedadvantage). Target-driven with excellent relationship-building skills. Comfortable with field travel and partner meetings.
