About the Role
We are looking for a
hands-on Technical Program Manager
to lead transformative DevOps initiatives that enable teams to deliver software
securely, reliably, and at scale
. This role is deeply technical and strategic—partnering with engineering, operations, and security teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle by default.
You will drive large cross-functional programs, influence architectural decisions, and translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans with measurable outcomes. This is not a PMO or compliance-only role.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end DevOps programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
Review technical designs and pipeline code for security, scalability, and reliability.
Establish monitoring and observability frameworks to track performance, adoption, and security posture.
Define and report key metrics on platform adoption, vulnerability remediation, and developer experience.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and process inefficiencies across teams.
Coach engineering teams on secure development practices, automation, and operational excellence.
Drive incremental rollout of tooling and automation to maximize adoption and minimize friction.
Collaborate with leadership to define roadmaps, milestones, and impact metrics.
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering (10+ years), with at least 5 years in technical program management.
Hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation across diverse environments.
Strong knowledge of modern CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and DevSecOps practices (SAST, IaC security, secrets scanning, SBOMs).
Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, container security, and identity/access management.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Loki).
Proven ability to drive cross-functional programs at scale in a fast paced environment, manage dependencies, and mitigate technical risks.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence engineers and leaders through technical credibility and data-driven insights.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building internal developer platforms or secure CI/CD frameworks.
Knowledge of GitHub administration and developer experience metrics.
Background in product focused organizations.
