Job Purpose
The Management Trainee – Customer Success will support the Customer Success team in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and enhancing overall customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in customer success, client servicing, and business operations while gaining hands-on exposure in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition
Support in managing client relationships and addressing customer queries
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner
Track customer engagement, feedback, and satisfaction levels
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in CRM tools
Support in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations
Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and retention
Participate in client meetings, follow-ups, and review discussions
