Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform design validation testing for
ECU, GCU, and Sensors
including electrical, environmental, and EMI/EMC tests.
Execute product validation, reliability, functional, mechanical, and safety tests as per test plans.
Prepare test setups, monitor test execution, analyze results, and generate detailed test reports.
Conduct calibration, fault finding, PCB-level debugging, soldering/desoldering, and relay product testing.
Use lab equipment such as
DSO, Power Analyzer, DMM, Dimmers
, and other electronic instruments.
Maintain testing documentation and provide regular progress updates.
Skills & Experience Required:
Diploma or B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics, E&TC or Instrumentation engineering with 3 to 5 years of working exp.
Strong knowledge of electronic components: resistors, capacitors, inductors, BJTs, FETs, transformers, and basic circuits.
Hands-on experience with Digital Oscilloscope, power analyser, digital Multimeter, dimmers, and general test equipment, Transformer, Load Boxes, Powe Supplies, Battery etc.
Experience in EMI/EMC, environmental, electrical, and reliability testing.
Knowledge of ECU, GCU, sensors, and relay-based electronic products.
Ability to create test plans, test setups, perform validations, and generate reports.
Skills in troubleshooting, calibration, rework, PCB soldering & desoldering.
Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Understanding of Harness design, Test System, NI based LabView User knowledge
Good problem solving skills
Operate and maintain analytical instruments and test equipment (e.g., DSO, DMM, ECMs).
Prepare and manage wiring harnesses using crimping tools.
Conduct data acquisition, analysis, and reporting to support engineering teams.
Perform physical and electronic analyses, interpret data, and document technical results.
Develop and document laboratory methods and procedures.
Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on lab instruments.
