Luxury Residential Sales Specialist
to join our elite sales team. This role focuses on selling high-end homes, villas, and apartments to discerning clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, a refined sales approach, and the ability to deliver a bespoke buying experience to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and build relationships with HNIs and potential luxury property buyers
Conduct personalized property tours, highlighting premium features and lifestyle benefits
Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for exclusive listings
Negotiate and close high-value property transactions with professionalism and discretion
Maintain strong networks with clients, brokers, developers, and industry stakeholders
Stay abreast of market trends, pricing dynamics, and regulatory changes
Organize and host open houses and invitation-only property events
Represent the brand with the highest level of integrity and service excellence
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
5+ years of experience in luxury sales or real estate
Proven track record in luxury real estate or high-value sales
Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of luxury real estate trends and buyer behavior
Ability to build trust and rapport with elite clientele
High level of professionalism, discretion, and personal grooming
