The Print Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily print production operations, ensuring high-quality output, color accuracy, and timely job completion. The role involves monitoring print processes, managing materials, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth machine operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations. This role involves shipment planning, documentation, coordination with logistics partners, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of handling both domestic and international logistics efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor daily inbound and outbound logistics operations
Manage domestic and international shipments, including booking, scheduling, and tracking
Prepare and verify shipping documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Airway Bill, Bill of Lading, etc.)
Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth clearance and delivery
Track shipment status, identify delays, and implement corrective actions proactively
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and logistics activities
Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to optimize logistics flow
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal company policies
Analyze logistics costs and performance metrics; recommend improvements
Resolve operational issues promptly and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations
Strong understanding of customs clearance, freight forwarding, and transportation processes
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/logistics management systems
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
